Sandwiches will never be the same again! You can double the ingredients of the green chutni and keep the rest in the fridge for a few days or the freezer for 1 month. It is so delicious and goes with everything.

Ingredients
  • 1 pack of The Spice Tailor Delhi Black Lentil Daal
  • 1-2 tsp hot vegetable oil or ghee
  • 4-5 tbsp water
Method
  1. Fry the spices from the whole spice sachet in 1-2 tsp of hot oil (or ghee) until sizzling.
  2. Stir in the tarka sauce from the Tarka sauce pouch and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the lentils from the lentil pouch and 4-5 tbsp water, bring to a simmer, then serve.
